If you are looking for an assessment first or have any general questions that the FAQ and Menu on the homepage have not answered, definitely give us a call. During the Summer, drop-ins are welcome for assessments and small on-the-spot repairs, time and schedule permitting. We are always happy to chat if you’re not sure about which service option is right for you, in person or over the phone!

*Special Note: if you are in need of Race Ready’s services, but work/responsibilities prevents you from joining us during normal hours, please get in touch, we are happy to have you over or meet up for pick-up/drop-off at a more suitable time (or day!) as per the first line in our FAQ on the homepage.

If you could please include the serial number of your fork and/or shock you’re looking to have serviced, that would be tremendously helpful. This allows us to determine which part kits the component needs and whether or not a special an order/stock replenishment needs to be submitted ahead of your scheduled service. Please see the graphic below as an aid in finding the serial number(s).

Once your appointment has been confirmed, you’ll receive instructions for dropping off your Suspension / Bikes during regular business hours. If you would like an email reminder and/or digital copy of your invoice, just ask, both can be provided. We accept cash, card, and phone-app payments using our Square reader.
